The St. Louis MetroMarket is a non-profit mobile farmers market that serves St. Louis area food deserts by providing direct access to fresh and affordable produce, meat, and staple goods and by advocating on behalf of these communities on issues related to food justice, hunger, and health.
Volunteers will assist customers with completing the survey on tablets. Surveys should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Volunteers will provide customers with $10 voucher for MetroMarket shopping. Paper surveys will be available for customers that prefer that method. Volunteers will be provided instructions for completing the survey in advance of the volunteer shift. Volunteers will arrive at the respective site 30 min prior to the MetroMarket opening. Volunteers will be trained and get set up with tablets.
Volunteers must be 18+ years old and be comfortable standing for 2 hours.
