Operation Food Search is honored to be the distribution site for Warners’ Winter Warm-Up, which provides coats to those in need through Kurt Warner’s First Things First Foundation.
In order to efficiently distribute these coats to agency partners that need them, we will be asking volunteers to separate them into Men's, Women's, and Children's sizes. This work is beneficial to help ensure that agencies receive the right kind of coats for the communities they serve. (for example, avoiding sending children's coats that wouldn't fit adults to an elderly care facility)
Physical requirements: This position requires lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
Setting: Position is located at Operation Food Search in the Volunteer Center. The VC does have some temperature control measures, but due to the large garage doors sitting open for distribution it is difficult to control the temperature during extreme conditions.
Training: Training for position will be conducted on-site.
