A cooking class in the teaching kitchen is scheduled for this day. A volunteer is needed to wash the dishes from the class, as well as wipe down the work tables. This involves the use of a large three-bay sink and a hi-temp commercial dishwasher. Closed-toe shoes are required. No heels may be worn. Upon arrival, the volunteer will meet with the Culinary Nutrition Education Manager and receive instructions on how to operate the dishwasher, and how to utilize the space in the most efficient manner. Experience with a commercial dishwasher is preferred.
